Our Purpose
We are working to bring balanced conscious awareness into harmony between the Divine Feminine and the Sacred Masculine,
and introduce a spiritual connectedness for humanity that transcends religious boundaries.
We endeavor
to bridge the gap between the ideal of self-ministering with the real needs of today's Wiccan public. WISE Seminary training
allows practitioners to gain the formal education necessary to fulfill their calling, providing the Wiccan public with reliable,
dedicated clerics to turn to for educated council and capable leadership.
The WISE Seminary provides
a balanced and nurturing process through which the spirit can fully blossom, supplying the opportunity for each student to
develop as quickly as she or he is capable. It provides safe boundaries in a spiral format to magically mature your chakras
safely, bringing you quickly into your power, while aligning your focus on fulfilling your greatest potential in connection
with Goddess and in harmony with the seasons.
The WISE Seminary Online Course, provided through Woolston
- Steen Theological Seminary, provides opportunities for Wiccan Clergy to finally embrace measured scholarship as a means
of defining their skills, background and credentials, giving them the ability to stand confidently among peers and be recognized
as equals with clerics of other religions.
The WISE tradition encourages a personal connection to
your patron God/desses, deep spiritual growth, multi-dimensional healing, and connecting to the earth and community, through
journeys of self-discovery.
The Seminary Program emphasizes a combination of personal honor, responsibility
and integrity, with an intimate knowledge of Universal Laws, Sacred Sciences, Energetics, Metaphysics, and a deep connection
with the inner self. Our Practitioners operate from the Principle of inner = outer (as above, so below).
The WISE tradition recognizes that truths are found within all the many different religions, spiritual sciences and disciplines,
and embraces all paths as sacred connections to Goddess. We endeavor to honor, understand, and appreciate all of them.
WISE Practitioners are encouraged to live closely with the earth, and see themselves as her care taker.
Each individual's path is different. Members are encouraged to strengthen their talents, and are challenged to recognized
their perceived weaknesses as hidden strengths. The Covenant of WISE teaches that we can rise above any situation with love,
and endeavors to dispel fear and enlighten ignorance with education, love, and understanding.

Our church was founded in 1999 by Rev. Belladonna Laveau, who had bee called into service to teach
and provide a public place for Wiccans to practice their faith. Offering her own famiy home as a temple of worship, her family
makes daily sacrifices to provide this community service.
Covenant of WISE is an affiliate of the Aquarian Tabernacle
Church. Our Mother Church has been in existence for over 25 years, and sponsors many world-wide programs for Wiccans to enjoy.
Through many incarnations, we have grown both outwardly and introspectively. In additions to the public rituals,
healings, counselings and services we have always offered, we now enjoy formal college accredited training opportunities from
a host of qualified instructors for our clergy to be properly prepared for their ministry. Our children benefit from the highly
successful SpiralScouts program. And we now have a public store front from which Bella can meet with and serve the community.
